Why a hippo and a bird?

In nature, hippos and little birds share a quiet partnership. The bird rides along and picks off the pests that bug the hippo. The hippo gets relief, the bird gets fed, and the two move forward together in harmony.

That's how we work with you. Your business is the hippo: big, steady, doing the heavy lifting. We're the bird: we take care of the pesky stuff, like a site that's broken or out of date, hard to find in search, or design that doesn't feel right, so you can keep moving.

HippoBird is a small, personal studio. You'll work directly with the person building your project — no hand-offs, no runaround.
